General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our Service.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("GTC") govern the purchase of Virtual Goods and other paid services (“Products”) offered within Mura ("Service"). By making a purchase, you agree to these GTC. If you do not agree, you must not make any purchases.

1. Scope of Application

These GTC apply to all sales of Virtual Goods, subscription services, or paid services made through the Service. Any special terms or offers will be clearly indicated during the purchase process and will form part of these GTC.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a legal guardian to make purchases through the Service.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are legally authorised to use the selected payment method. Purchases are available only to users with a valid account on the Service, in this case a linked Discord account.

3. Description of Products

Virtual Goods are non-physical, digital items available for purchase and use exclusively within the Service. Examples include in-game currency, in-game pets, in-game lootboxes, in-game features access.

Virtual Goods have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for real-world currency, and are non-transferable outside the Service.

4. Prices and Payment

Payments for Products, including one-time purchases and subscription services, are processed through an external website using the third-party payment provider, Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions of Stripe, including its policies on payments and fees. You can access Stripe’s Terms of Service at Stripe Terms and their Privacy Policy at Stripe Privacy.

All prices are displayed in euros (€) on the website. During checkout, Stripe will convert the amount into your local currency based on the current exchange rate and calculate any applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. Regional price variations may occur due to exchange rates, local taxes, or regulations.

Your payment provider may apply additional fees for currency conversion or international transactions. These fees are determined by the payment provider and are beyond our control. We are not liable for any such additional charges.

5. Conclusion of the Contract

A purchase is finalised when payment is successfully processed, and Virtual Goods are delivered to your account. Once the transaction is complete, Virtual Goods will be available for use in the Service. A confirmation of the purchase may be sent via email or through the external payment website.

6. Delivery of Virtual Goods

Virtual Goods are delivered digitally and linked to your account in the Service immediately after payment confirmation. In case of delays or technical issues, contact our support team at contact@mura-game.com. We will investigate and resolve issues as soon as possible, on business days.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, users have the right to withdraw from online purchases within 14 days. However, this right does not apply to: digital goods once delivery has begun and the user has consented to the loss of their withdrawal right. By completing a purchase, you expressly agree to the immediate delivery of Virtual Goods and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal.

8. Refund Policy

All purchases of Virtual Goods are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

Refund requests are only considered in cases of technical errors, unauthorised transactions, or other exceptional circumstances. Any requests for refunds must be submitted to contact@mura-game.com within 14 days.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the same payment provider and method used for the original transaction.

9. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. We are not liable for unauthorised purchases resulting from compromised accounts.

You agree not to misuse Virtual Goods, including attempts to trade or sell them outside the Service unless explicitly allowed.

10. Changes to Products and Pricing

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or adjust the pricing of Virtual Goods at any time.

Completed purchases are not affected by subsequent price changes or adjustments.

11. Liability

We are not liable for issues related to third-party payment providers, including errors, delays, or disputes. Users must resolve such issues directly with the payment provider.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific transaction in question.

We are not responsible for indirect damages, loss of data, or loss of Virtual Goods resulting from user actions, technical failures, or disruptions in the Service.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These GTC are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France.

Any disputes arising from purchases shall be resolved in the courts of France unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
